In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, you must contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order and provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or email confirmation.

Please note: For returns exceeding $500 in value, we may apply a 5% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection.
Final Sale Policy
